SHIPPING & PAYMENT

The Products displayed/ sold on the indihands website are sourced from the artisans across the country, and are sold and shipped by indihands to its customers. We ship through registered and established courier companies for orders within India and outside India.

DOMESTIC ORDERS

Orders are delivered within 8-10 business days. The delivery date for your order will be reflected at the time of order confirmation. Saturdays, Sundays and Public Holidays are not set as working days for standard deliveries.

Shipping Charges are inclusive in the product cost.

Before shipping / delivering your order to you, MTDS may request you to provide supporting documents (including but not limited to Govt. issued ID and address proof) to establish the ownership of the payment instrument used by you for your purchase to provide a safe online shopping environment to Our Users.

SHIPPING OF PRODUCTS

All orders are processed from our store in Pune, Maharashtra. Orders will be delivered to the shipping address mentioned at checkout.

TRACKING PACKAGE

Orders that have been processed and shipped can be tracked using the consignment/tracking number on the shipping agency’s website. Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking number along with details about the shipping agency.

NON-AVAILABILITY ON DELIVERY

Our delivery partners will attempt to deliver the package three times before they return it to us. Please provide the complete and accurate shipping address including pin code and a mobile number. This will help us in delivering your order faster.

DELIVERY

MTDS strives but does not guarantee delivery of products in the stipulated time period as mentioned on the purchase of the product. In no manner can the contract be repudiated if MTDS fails to deliver any one or more products in the stipulated time frame.
